Terms of service for creators and applicants

Who can apply

You can apply and work with us only if all of the following are true.

• You are 18 or older and legally able to enter into an agreement where you live.
• You create content yourself and you are the owner of the page you want us to work on, or you are setting up a new page in your own name.
• You pass our age and identity verification before any work starts.

Verification happens after you apply and before we begin anything on your page. Until it is complete, your status shows age not verified, and that status blocks every further step, including onboarding, planning and promotion. If verification fails or cannot be completed, we do not start work and we close the application.

How the application works

You apply with one field, which is your email, WhatsApp or Telegram, and confirm it with a 6-digit code sent by email. Every step after that is optional. If you upload photos, you must confirm that you are 18 or older, and the photos are stored privately as described in our privacy policy. Sending an application does not create an obligation for either side. We review each application and tell you the next step by email and in your panel.

How our commission works

We are paid only by a share of your net earnings. Net earnings are what the platform pays out to you after taking its own fee. We publish our tiers openly on the pricing page.

• Growth is 20 percent of net earnings.
• Management is 30 percent of net earnings.
• Elite is 40 percent of net earnings.

There is no setup fee, no upfront payment and no card on file. Nothing is charged on this website, and you never pay us anything to apply, to be reviewed or to start. The split you see on the pricing page is the split you get, with no hidden extras.

What each tier covers

Each tier covers a defined set of work, shown in full on the pricing page.

• Growth covers strategy and branding, promotion on social channels, a weekly analytics report and a monthly content plan. You keep your own inbox.
• Management adds chatting and fan care in scheduled shifts, pricing, PPV and a mass message calendar, a weekly content plan and a shared account manager.
• Elite adds extended chat coverage, a monthly strategy review, weekly shot lists, management of Fansly or a second platform and a dedicated account manager.

We agree the details of your plan with you during onboarding, in writing, in your panel.

Your content and accounts stay yours

You own your content, your page, your fan relationships and your brand. Working with us does not transfer ownership of any of them. You decide what you create, what you publish and what you are comfortable with. We use your content only to deliver the agreed service, and only in the ways you approve. Promotion accounts we help you set up are created for you and belong to you.

Following platform rules and the law

Both of us must follow the terms of OnlyFans, Fansly and every social platform involved, as well as the laws that apply to you and to us.

• Chatting and fan care are done within platform rules, honestly and respectfully.
• Promotion follows the rules of each social channel and each community where it is posted.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and for meeting the legal requirements for creators where you live.

If a platform changes its rules, we adjust the work to stay within them.

Content we never work with

We refuse, and stop working with anyone who offers, any of the following.

• Anything involving a person under 18, or anyone who looks like a minor, in any form.
• Content made or shared without the full consent of every person in it.
• Content showing people who have not been verified as adults.
• Any content that is illegal where it is produced, published or viewed, or that breaks platform rules.

We report content involving minors to the competent authorities.

No guarantee of earnings

We work to grow your page, but we do not and cannot guarantee any level of subscribers, sales or income. Results depend on your content, your niche, platform changes and many factors outside our control. Any plan, calculator or analysis on this site is a tool for planning, not a promise.

How you leave

You can leave from your panel or by writing to [email protected]. When you leave, we stop working on your page and you keep your content, your page and the promotion accounts set up for you. You can also ask us to delete your application data and photos at any time.

Limits of our liability

We provide the service with care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost earnings, or for actions taken by platforms, such as rule changes, account reviews or suspensions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer where you live.

We may refuse or end work with anyone who breaks these terms, gives false information, fails verification or puts other creators or the service at risk.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects a creator we already work with, we tell her by email before it applies.
