Privacy policy for creators and applicants

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit fansmarketers.com or apply to work with us, why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it and how you can see, correct or delete it. We collect as little as we need, we never sell your data, and your photos stay private.

Who is responsible for your data

Your data is controlled by the administrator of the fansmarketers.com service. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected], and we answer every privacy request by email.

  • Email for privacy requests: [email protected]
  • Service covered: the fansmarketers.com website, the application and the creator panel

What we collect when you apply

The application starts with one field, and everything after it is optional. We only hold what you choose to give us.

  • Your contact, which is an email address, a WhatsApp number or a Telegram handle, and the email address we send your 6-digit code to.
  • Optional details from the next steps, such as your preferred tier, your stage, a pseudonym, your city or country, a messenger contact, Instagram and TikTok handles, a link to your OnlyFans or Fansly page and a short description.
  • Optional photos, from 1 to 5, together with your confirmation that you are 18 or older, which is required only when you upload photos.
  • The 30-day growth plan you build on the site, if you build one before applying.

We never ask for your surname or for documents in the application form. Age and identity verification happens later, as a separate step, before any work starts.

What our servers record when you visit

When you use the site, our servers record a small amount of technical information that keeps the service secure and working.

  • Technical logs, including your IP address, browser user agent, the pages you request and the time of each request.
  • The page where you applied and the campaign source of your visit (UTM source, medium and campaign), so we know which content helps creators find us.
  • Strictly necessary cookies, described in our cookie policy.

The application form also contains a hidden anti spam field. It is invisible to people and helps us filter out spam submissions without any puzzle or challenge.

Why we use your data and on what basis

We use your information only for the purposes below. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, each purpose has a legal basis under the GDPR.

  • Handling your application, sending your code, showing your status and preparing your onboarding plan. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, and performance of that agreement once we work together.
  • Verifying your age and identity before any work starts. Basis: our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in working only with verified adults.
  • Keeping the site secure, preventing spam, fraud and abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service and the people who use it.
  • Understanding which pages and sources bring applications, using cookieless analytics. Basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.
  • Replying to your messages and privacy requests. Basis: our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in answering you.

We do not use your data for profiling that produces legal effects for you, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How we handle your photos

Photos you upload are stored privately. They are never published, never shown on the public website and never indexed by search engines.

  • Photos are reached only through signed links that expire after 30 days.
  • Only the people who review your application can open them.
  • You can ask us to delete your photos at any time by writing to [email protected], and we delete them along with every stored copy we control.

Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers that help us run fansmarketers.com, and only as much as each one needs. They process data on our instructions and under contracts that require confidentiality and security.

  • A hosting provider that stores the website, the database and your private photos.
  • An email delivery provider that sends your 6-digit code and our replies.
  • An identity and age verification provider that checks your ID and date of birth during verification.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and safety of creators and our service. We do not use third party advertising pixels, and no advertising network receives your data from us.

Transfers outside your country

Some of our providers may process data outside the country where you live, including outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, we rely on recognized safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, and we require the same level of protection as in your home country.

How long we keep your data

We keep data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for.

  • Application data is kept while your application is open and while we work together, and is deleted when you ask us to delete it or when the application is closed and we no longer need it.
  • Photos are kept until your application is reviewed or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
  • Verification results are kept only as long as needed to show that a person we work with is a verified adult, and as required by law.
  • Technical and security logs are kept for a short period and then deleted, unless we need them to investigate abuse.

Your privacy rights

You can use the rights below by writing to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm the request from the contact you applied with, so nobody else can access or delete your data.

  • Access, meaning a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction of data that is wrong or out of date.
  • Deletion of your data and photos.
  • Objection to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Restriction of processing while a complaint is checked.
  • Portability, meaning your data in a common machine readable format.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Rights for residents of US states

If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, such as the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to get a copy of it, to correct it and to have it deleted. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. You can use them yourself or through an authorized agent by writing to [email protected].

Adults only

FansMarketers works only with adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has applied or sent us information, we delete that data and close the application.

How we protect your data

We use encrypted connections, private storage for photos, access limited to the people who need it and short lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your privacy as part of the work we do for you. You can read more about verification and anonymity on our safety page.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we tell you by email before it applies.

Questions about privacy

Write to [email protected] with any question about this policy or your data. You can also see our terms of service and our contact page.
